Garage Conversion

This client had recently moved in and had always dreamed of a Man Cave, so we helped him convert his man cave! Originally a 2 car garage, we had advice from building control regarding the current standards for insulation by removing the existing concrete floor, to install more insulation under the concrete slab. The room was then re wired and fully replastered throughout including a custom bult media wall and custom built bar area.
