Terrace Renovation
The client had an existing patio built with crazy paving and steps to the side. We redesigned the patio to be bigger and have steps at the front. The balustrades were added to match the turning circle at the front of the property
The terrace was previously crazy paving edged with box hedging which was hard to maintain and the customer was looking for the are to be lower maintenance and larger.
The steps at the side removed and the area built up to the same height as the rest of the terrace. The customer decided on small slot drains running along the house to ensure the new porcelain slabs would be well drained and to ensure the damp proof of the property was maintained. Porcelain 600*900 slabs in light grey were installed with flow point charcoal grouting. Custom made balustrading was installed around the edge and matching stone stairs to the front. Area then landscaped with new stone planters installed to match.
